**I accept checks, paypal and cash for deposits. There is a 3 % service fee added to paypal payments.
Deposit of $200.00 (non-refundable) will place you on my list for the first available puppy that fits the description of the puppy you are interested in. Show and breeding puppies are always chosen first and I have the right to 1st pick puppies.
"Purchaser" understands that the deposit is non-refundable and is a retainer to hold a puppy in your name. A copy of this deposit agreement must be received with your deposit for my records and to also place in your folder. If you do not submit this agreement, I can refuse your deposit and have the right to refuse to sell a puppy to "Purchaser".
"Purchaser" understands that your deposit can be applied towards another puppy from another litter from Crest Kennels, when one becomes available.
"Purchaser" understands that the deposit is non-refundable as a puppy is being held in your name and that other potential purchasers are being passed up or moved to a future litter.
At any time, Crest Kennels has the right to refuse to sell a puppy to any purchaser.
